The Bo Ssäm large format feeds 6 – 8 people and features a pork shoulder that is cured overnight then slow roasted, before glazed in brown sugar and its roasting juices. The pork shoulder is accompanied by a sliced scallop crudo, sticky rice, lettuce, a Korean-style barbecue sauce, kimchi, ginger scallion sauce, XO sauce, a garlic fish sauce vinaigrette, and an herb basket. Guests are encouraged to make wraps with the pork and condiments or eat as they please.
The Bo Ssäm meal is $250 for your entire party (exclusive of beverage, tax, and gratuity) and is offered every day by reservation only at 5:30 pm, 6 pm, 9:30 pm, and 10 pm.
